Intensive Outpatient Program

Our structured non-residential intensive outpatient treatment program which addresses mental health, substance use disorder and relapse prevention is specifically designed for those that do not require detox and are committed to long-term recovery.  Participants are engaged in both individual & group counseling sessions, peer led support groups, receive a psychiatric evaluations, medication management, referred for MAT, onsite case management & trauma therapy.  Supportive housing is available.

What We Believe

The philosophy of Treyway Multi Treatment Services program is to provide essential substance abuse services so clients can recover and live as independently as possible.

  • Assuming responsibility for ensuring the implementation of the person-centered plan.
  • Ensuring that the person served is oriented to his or her services.
  • Involving the family or legal guardian, when applicable or permitted.

 

  • Promoting the participation of the person served on an ongoing basis in discussions of his or her plans, goals, and status.
  • Identifying and addressing gaps in service provision.
  • Coordinating services provided outside of the organization.
  • Sharing information on how to access community resources relevant to his or her needs.
  • Advocating for the person served, when applicable.

 

  • Communicating information regarding progress of the person served to the appropriate persons.
  • Facilitating the transition process, including arrangements for follow-up services.

 

 

 

Location of Services

Clients may be residents with his or her own home, a substitute home, group care setting, or crisis housing; however, the treatment services must be provided in a licensed setting separate from the client’s residence. The program is provided over a period of several weeks or month.

Treatment Model

Treyway Multi Treatment Services utilizes the matrix model as its evidenced based practice.

 

Expected Outcomes

The expected outcome of substance abuse treatment is abstinence. Secondary outcomes (i.e.,

in abstinent patients) include sustained improvement in health and psychosocial functioning, improvement in the quality of life, reduction in any psychiatric symptoms (if present), reduction in public health and/or safety concerns, integration into the community, and a reduction in the risk of relaps
